to their practice squad. Echemandu knows the zone blocking scheme
Houston runs. He could compete with Samkon Gado for a roster spot.
NFL History
-He was selected with pick No. 7 by the Cleveland Browns in the seventh
round of the 2004 NFL Draft.
-On September 2, 2005, he was signed by the Minnesota Vikings
and spent time on the practice squad for most of the season.
-On September 5, 2005, he was signed to the practice squad of the
Oakland Raiders.
RB Ahman Green
returned to a full-speed practice Wednesday and was taken off
the Texans' injury report.
Jacoby Jones
returned to a limited practice Wednesday and is expected to
return to the lineup this week. It's uncertain whether he'll be a
third receiver or a starter, in place of the streaking Andre' Davis. |
